## Check Discord eligibility before a quote

## Distinguish Discord’s phone errors

The first calls for checking format and type. The second is an account-association issue: a new SMS request to the same number does not remove it from the other account. Discord also has rate or recently-used limits, so follow the timer or help route shown rather than making repeated purchases.

## If the current flow permits an SMS attempt
