Why Dutch 06 and 097 are different

The Netherlands regulator ACM says 06 numbers are for mobile telephony, while 0970 numbers serve other uses such as machine-to-machine and data applications. Its 097 explanation shows how a Dutch +31 number may be mistaken for another type abroad. This is a numbering-plan distinction, not a claim about ReadyOTP's current supplier inventory. If the sender requires mobile, inspect the individual number and its rules rather than assuming +31 establishes that category.

Keep the country and entry field aligned

Select Netherlands in the receiving service if it asks for country separately. If the form supplies +31, avoid adding the prefix again. Use the exact assigned number after a successful order and the receiving form's own instructions. If the platform rejects the type immediately, another SMS request cannot change its classification.
