Balance, crypto top-ups and SMS number orders
Three amounts can appear in one first purchase: a crypto invoice, your confirmed account balance, and the price of a particular SMS number order. They are related, but they are not interchangeable.
What does a crypto top-up buy?
A top-up adds account credit after payment is confirmed. The minimum is $20 USD and the maximum is $5,000 per invoice. Choose the coin and network explicitly; the invoice shows the receiving address and exact cryptocurrency quantity. Its USD quote expires after 15 minutes. The address-only QR helps copy the destination, while the quantity must be checked separately. Creating an invoice alone does not increase your balance.
What does an SMS number order cost?
The live supplier offer for the chosen service and country sets the order charge. There is no universal number price across the directory. Review that displayed price before confirmation, then check the assigned order's expiry. When reservation succeeds, the charge is debited once from available balance and the order appears in your account.
When can balance be returned?
If an eligible waiting order is cancelled before its first received SMS, the activation charge returns once to the same account balance. An unanswered expired activation can also be credited back under the server policy. These are account credits, not reversals of the earlier cryptocurrency top-up. A received SMS ends the no-message cancellation option.
Where can I check the record?
Use Top up for invoice history and History for order and balance activity. Compare the invoice status, balance, and order status rather than assuming that copying an address or seeing an order page means payment has cleared. See pricing and balance or cancellation details.
If you are considering a public inbox, read free versus paid SMS verification before sharing an account code.
