SMS number expiry, cancellation and returned credit
Every activation has its own displayed expiry. That time defines the number’s active order window. It is not the 15-minute quote expiry on a crypto top-up, and it is not a promise that an SMS will arrive before the window ends.
When can I cancel?
An eligible order can be cancelled while it is waiting and before its first received SMS. A successful cancellation returns the activation charge once to the same account balance. If a message arrives first, the no-message cancellation option is no longer available. Use the current order state shown in SMS; an old page view may be stale.
What happens at expiry?
When an activation expires unanswered, it can qualify for a return of its order charge to balance under the server policy. Check the final status and the related balance activity in History. An expiry is about the number order, not a reversal of the cryptocurrency used for an earlier top-up.
What if a code appears near the deadline?
Refresh the order and use the final state recorded by the server. A received message and a cancellation request can race. If the message wins, cancellation is not due; if an eligible cancellation wins first, its balance return is recorded once. Do not assume either outcome from the clock alone.
What should I do next?
If the order ended without a usable message, review the service and country requirements before buying again. The receiving platform may reject a number type or region. Check the no-SMS steps and review a current offer before another order.
